Jesus Culture is a band that is completely all about worshipping God. The Jesus Culture movement started in a youth group in California in 1999, where the Lord spoke to them about raising up and equipping people with the call of God on their lives.

Their worship is different than anything I've heard, and I've been serving on different worship teams for over 10 years. They sing with a passionate cry, with a deep desire to get closer to God. Their songs are simple - the words and chords are pretty straightforward, but the anointing of the Lord is on their worship leaders.

Some of their worship leaders are: Kim Walker-Smith, Chris Quilala, and Melissa How. They sing with a prophetic intensity and the way they lead is humbling for any worship leader. We sing a lot of their songs at church, both for youth and for prayer meetings. The slow songs are really good for altar calls and prayer services, and the fast ones are fun to jump around to.

Keep your eyes open for this young group of worship leaders! They are blessed and highly favored and will change the way we worship.
